Audit Sessions - What are they?



At Digital Doctors, we are firm believers that there is a serious problem with sitting around and waiting for problems to appear/arise to solve them, for this reason we make sure that we are always being pro-active with our IT support.


This means we are always looking for issues and trying to ensure your device is up to date, clear of any files that shouldn't be on there, and running to the best of its potential.

What can I expect?

We complete our audit sessions for business clients once every single month, but this means that your device must be available for us to log into and perform the session. We are currently working on a booking-in process which will allow our business customers to choose which devices they would like a session on, at specific times that they are free to use.

What will the audit sessions do for my computer?


Our audit sessions will typically free up some space on your computer, as well as avoid future problems by keeping everything up to date and monitoring any potential issues before they manifest!
