  • What service features are provided?

    TechAssist provides a guiding hand through the complex and ever-changing world of computer software and digital services.


    This subscription-based service focuses on providing pro-active, intelligent support for not only your computer but also all the main elements that make up a modern computer

    setup, such as internet and email services, printers, broadband routers and WIFI.


    The service features are as follows and come with the SOHO service:

    • Avasts CloudCare managed security service, with real-time Anti-Virus protection & SPAM filtering.
    • Online assistance to help resolve day to day issues
    • Two audit and maintenance sessions per year.
    • Post session report
    • 10% discount on other Digital Doctors services

    In addition to the above services the Entrepreneur subscription also includes the following:

    • Hardware assurance. Only pay for parts when a component breaks, no labour charges
    • 3 onsite visits per year, should a Tech Expert need to pay a visit.
  • How will you assist me with my Software?

    We will use our expert knowledge to support you with day-to-day use of business applications, as well as support online subscription-based services such as, but not limited to, Microsoft 365.

  • What about my Email services?

    Keeping your email services running smoothly and efficiently involves a bit of attention every now and again. We will provide assistance with, and maintenance of, your associated business email system.

  • I need help with Domain & Web services

    No problem! We will manage and maintain any services associated to company domain name, such as websites, VPNs & more. 


  • I'm unsure about how to handle data assurance?

    Don't worry, we can offer you expert guidance on best practices for securing and protecting data.

  • Can you help to manage digital services?

    Yes! We will compile and maintain a record of all the associated digital services employed by the business to support day-to-day operational duties.

  • Do you provide asset management optimisation?
