TechAssure is our most sought-after repair service. For a mere £14.99*, we provide a comprehensive repair package, which covers both parts and labor. Our process entails ordering any required parts, resolving the issue, and promptly returning your laptop to you.
Since this is a subscription service, you'll enjoy 12 months of TechAssure coverage, with a monthly fee of £14.99. At the end of this one-year period, we will extend the opportunity to renew your TechAssure subscription or part ways until next time. Throughout the 12-month coverage under TechAssure, we'll conduct two complimentary health checks and audit sessions on your computer to ensure it remains in optimal condition, while also delivering various other benefits. For those who prefer a one-time repair without any additional perks, we offer the option to pay a flat fee of £149.

Parking is available on a hill slightly up the road on "Findon Road" which you can see on the map to the right.
If you're coming into our office for a computer repair, please bring your computer or laptop with you and we will book it into the workshop to get it fixed.
Our Brighton-based office is open from 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday and a friendly member of our team will greet you upon arrival.
